Responsibilities

  • Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties including: repetitive processes, moderate to heavy lifting, the use of machinery, and following standardized work procedures
  • Actively participate in improving work area in terms of safety, quality, attendance, productivity, suggestion activities, housekeeping, and throughput
  • Install and assemble components for heavy-duty trucks
  • Use computer systems to access company data associated with the assembly process, utilize drawings, bills of materials and specification sheets in both electronic and hard copy
  • Operate the following tools and equipment: jigs and fixtures, pneumatic and DC tools for fasteners and assembly of heavy-duty trucks
  • Basic Required Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job
  • Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment that requires the ability to lift, carry and pull and push moderate to heavy equipment, tools and parts
  • Must be able to read and write in English and conduct basic math
  • The ability to work overtime including weekends
  • Willingness and ability to work any shift

  • Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Heavy Truck Assembly knowledge
  • Auto Mechanical, auto electrical/wiring, or auto paint experience
