Accounts Executive (Finance)

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting
• Prepare and maintain monthly management reports
• Prepare and maintain annual financial statements
• Maintain and ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries.
• Reconciliation
• Manage and reconcile company ledgers between SAP and interface system
• Ensure intercompany transactions and balances are recorded and aligned
• Maintain and update the fixed assets register
• Auditing
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Prepare audit schedules and financial statements
• Liaise and coordiate with auditors on audit data and audit findings
• Budgeting
• Prepare annual forecasts and budgets
• Collaborate across functions to ensure accurate inputs for revenue
• Taxation
• Assist with corporate tax computation
• Understanding of deferred taxation
• Adhoc duties
• Perform ad-hoc assignments including data validation and documentation
• Requirement and Skills
• Hands on experience with SAP S4 Hana and Oracle
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulae and pivot tables
• Working knowledge of taxation
• Attributes

• Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues
• Strong commitment to deadlines
• Education/Qualifications
• Diploma in Finance
