Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Experience analyzing human capital programs to evaluate their effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity; 2) Experience developing internal recruitment and/or staffing policies to ensure organizational compliance in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures; AND 3) Experience preparing program briefings to advise leadership on human capital initiatives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03). Practitioner (Formerly Level II) Back to Basics Update: This is a DOD Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Management certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty. Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Active Career Field.
