About the role
MNC Company $2,500 -$3,100 basic + AWS + VB Working location: Changi Airfreight Centre Working days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday) Working hours: 0800hrs to 1700hrs (Monday) 0830hrs to 1730hrs (Tuesday to Friday) 0830hrs to 1230hrs (Saturday) Job Responsibilities: Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely operations. Work closely with the supervisor on a day to day operational and administrative tasks, as well as liaise with overseas offices and partners. Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including break bulk documents, invoices, delivery orders (D/O), shipment summary reports and related paperwork. Maintain accurate and well-organised shipment records, both digitized and in physical filing systems. Handle customs permits and declarations , ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. Follow up with terminals and airlines on shipment clearance matters and coordinate cargo survey arrangements where required. Prepare and generate monthly reports according to customers' requirements. Any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager Job Requirements: Minimum 1-year relevant experience in airfreight import operations.
