Job Description Under general supervision, responsible for performing semi-routine maintenance and repair work. The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic applies growing technical expertise to maintain and troubleshoot complex facility systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing processes. Duties and Responsibilities The statements below describe the essential duties of the person or persons assigned to this job. They are not intended as an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities. Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineering teams during equipment installation and repair activities. Conduct periodic inspections to identify and report facility repair needs. Independently troubleshoot and resolve standard maintenance issues, escalating unusual problems to higher levels. Maintain all required certifications and safety training, including Emergency Response and CPR/AED/BBP. Perform maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical manuals. Effective communication skills for coordinating with coworkers and customers. Good problem-solving skills with moderate independence in decision making. Working knowledge of HVAC, pumps, chemical and gas distribution systems, and semiconductor equipment infrastructure. Proficient in one or more skilled trades related to facility maintenance. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure) High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of facilities maintenance or skilled trades experience Salary Ranges $26.00 - $34.80 Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
