Responsibilities

  • Fluent communication in English and Dutch
  • Proficient with ERP (SAP), Microsoft Office, and BI tools
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods shipping and GDP/GMP (or willingness to train)

We have an exciting opportunity at the Boxmeer facility for a: Distribution Coordinator Welcome in our team As a Distribution Coordinator, you will be part of the distribution department within the COE Supply Chain Management in Boxmeer. The Boxmeer, De Bilt, and Cologne sites are part of the Animal Health Netherlands network, where veterinary medicines are produced and packed for the global market. The distribution team consists of 5 other coordinators, and you will report to the Distribution Lead. As a Distribution Coordinator, you are the key connector within our global supply chain, ensuring that the products reach our customers on time, in full and within the right conditions. We're looking for proactive professionals who thrive in logistics, enjoy problem-solving, and help optimize our global supply chain. Purpose of the role As a Distribution Coordinator, you will be responsible for end-to-end processing and execution of transport orders across the three primary modalities: Air, Ocean, and Road. You will plan, book, and monitor shipments of diverse healthcare products, ensuring they are delivered on time, in the right condition, and at the right cost. You will proactively oversee and analyze the supply chain, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the shipment lifecycle, and driving continuous improvement in service, compliance, and cost efficiency.
