- Develop financial models supporting earnings forecasts, capital allocation decisions, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial and operational results against plans, forecasts, and external expectations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews for executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, financial reporting, and analytical capabilities.
- Support capital planning activities such as company's share buyback program and rating agency relationships.
Requirements
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of public company reporting, capital markets, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling.
- Experience presenting complex financial information to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, publicly traded company environment.
- Preferred
- MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent advanced credential.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, consumer products, or building products industries.
- Prior public company investor relations experience.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability disclosures.
