Sales Executive (Waste Management)

About the role

Basic information: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturdays 8am - 12pm Basic UP $5500 Location: West MUST have own transport Job Scope: Drive new business development and manage existing client accounts within the waste management industry. Identify and pursue sales opportunities through research, networking, lead generation, and cold outreach activities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain strong knowledge of industry services, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates for management review. Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client issues. Represent the company at industry events, including trade shows and conferences, to generate leads and expand business networks. Additional Information: Minimum of 2 years' experience in waste management sales or a related field. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a professional and presentable demeanor. Must have possession of own transportation. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Solid understanding of the waste management industry, including its products and services. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong organisational and time management capabilities. Willingness and ability to travel when required.
