- The confidence to lead a conversation, read what each prospect needs, and guide SMB operators to a genuine "yes" they feel great about
- Fluency in sales engagement platforms & CRM, like Gong and Salesforce
- An appetite for working smarter with AI, using best in class tools to move faster and work more effectively
- An appreciation for the learning curve, leaning into coaching and feedback and treating each conversation as a chance to get even better
- A team player's instinct: showing up with energy, sharing what's working (and what's not), and lifting up those around you to win together
