Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in test engineering, preferably in electric powertrain or automotive manufacturing.
- Proven experience with specifying, sourcing, and launching automated test equipment in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with test automation, data acquisition systems, and industrial instrumentation.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
