Position Responsibilities Conceptualize and design layouts within the Uline brand for catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications. Partner with photography team on-set to execute creative direction and visual storytelling. Lead design updates and revisions in collaboration with Art Directors and stakeholders. Oversee creative projects as needed to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. Mentor and support print designers and interns to help deliver high-quality creative work. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment. Portfolio demonstrating print and digital design principals in a B2B-related setting. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
