Deputy Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading the company's commodity trading activities.
• Develop and execute trading strategies to optimize profitability while managing risk exposure.
• Monitor global energy market trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage relationships with key partners, suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal structuring.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives.

• Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum Master's degree in Business management, Finance, Energy, Economics, or related field.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Beijing for business purposes
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the trading sector.
• In-depth knowledge of energy markets.
• Proven track record in trading, commercial negotiations, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; other language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
