About the role

Courier Health has a strong product, a growing customer base, and a market that is increasingly ready to buy. As Director of Growth Marketing, you will drive demand generation, marketing operations, and events, support the programs, infrastructure, and team that turn market interest into qualified opportunities and qualified opportunities into evangelical customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own Courier Health's demand generation strategy and execution across channels, including paid, organic, email, events, content syndication, etc.
  • Own Courier Health's events program, including industry conferences and our annual Patient Innovators Summit.
  • Develop a field marketing strategy that supports pipeline generation and acceleration in priority accounts.
  • Help develop, run and iterate upon account-based marketing programs.
  • Refine and maintain the attribution model and reporting infrastructure that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Refine lead scoring, routing, Marketing-to-Sales handoffs, and SLA frameworks in partnership with Sales.
  • Stay at the cutting-edge of B2B demand gen, helping to foster a culture of experimentation & testing.
  • AI-native - you use tools that make your programs smarter and faster.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of growth or demand generation marketing experience in B2B SaaS; enterprise software or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record building and scaling demand gen programs that produce measurable pipeline.
  • Experience owning or co-owning an events program, including at least one owned/produced event.
  • Strong marketing operations chops: you understand the stack, you can build the attribution model, and you can run the analysis yourself.
  • Deep ABM experience: account tiering, personalized program design, and multi-channel orchestration.
  • People manager with a track record of developing strong individual contributors.
  • Experimentation mindset: you are energized by testing and rigorous about learning.
  • Strong communicator who can present strategy and results to senior leadership clearly and confidently.
