Develop and manage partnerships with banks, payment service providers, e-wallets, remittance companies, and other financial institutions. Expand payment corridors across collections, payouts, remittance, Fiat On/Off Ramp, and stablecoin payment solutions. Drive the development of global fiat and digital asset payment networks. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver scalable payment solutions. Oversee payment operations, settlement processes, liquidity management, and transaction performance. Ensure compliance with applicable payment regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and sanctions controls. Build and lead a high-performing payments team across multiple markets. Requirements Bachelor s degree or above. 10+ years of experience in payments, banking, fintech, remittance, or digital asset industries. Strong experience in cross-border payments, remittance, e-wallets, payment infrastructure, or crypto payment ecosystems. Deep understanding of banking partnerships, settlement, treasury flows, and payment operations. Familiarity with payment licensing, AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships. Fluent English communication skills; experience working in global organizations is preferred.
