The Order Management Launch Manager is responsible for driving the successful introduction of new markets, new products, and new initiatives within the International Customer Care Order Management function. This role acts as the strategic bridge between business requirements, operational readiness, and scalable process execution. The Launch Lead ensures that every new launch is underpinned by robust, standardised, and optimised order management processes that support exceptional customer experience and long term operational efficiency Key Responsibilities & Decision Rights Lead end to end launch activities for new markets, products, services, and strategic initiatives Define, design, and validate business processes required to support new launches Own the decision-making process for the order management workflows that must be followed Optimise and streamline solutions, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance automation and scalability Support change management teams across Customer Care to understand new processes and ensure they are equipped to execute them effectively. Monitor post launch performance, gathering feedback, analysing data, and driving continuous improvement to stabilise and optimise new Order Management processes.
