Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers and retailers, focusing on Strategic Analytics & Insights solutions (e.g., consumer research, advanced analytics)
- Develop and prepare client proposals and manage contract renewals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive engagement
- Manage business offers, orders, and documentation using internal systems (NIQ software)
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services in line with client expectations and timelines
- Continuously expand industry knowledge through training and self-development to enhance consulting capabilities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, revenue management, category management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in FMCG or retail
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and understanding of market dynamics
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Native Czech speaker
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Slovakian is an advantage)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Confident, outgoing personality with strong client engagement skills
