- Supply Aggregation & Distribution
- Drive supply aggregation for regional consolidation and distribution to local markets.
- Actively participate in network optimization projects to design the most cost-effective and resilient supply chain.
- Align hub structures, distribution flows, and inventory positioning to maximize efficiency and service.
- Provide planning insights to support regional footprint and distribution decisions.
- Master Data Management
- Ensure material master alignment across APAC markets, driving consistency in SKU definitions, attributes, and planning parameters.
- Establish governance processes and KPIs to monitor master data quality and compliance.
- Act as the regional owner for material master data, ensuring integrity and usability for planning systems.
- People Management
- Manage a team of planners, providing leadership, coaching, and development.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and ensure accountability for results.
- Build team capability in planning processes, systems, and analytics.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 8-10+ years of supply chain planning or hub planning experience in a global MNC environment.
- Prior experience with inventory optimization, forecast modeling and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and planning tools.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal.
- Strategic mindset with focus on service level improvements and cost-effective planning.
