About the role

Your main duties will include: Support the development of CRM strategies by providing data‑driven insights that align with business objectives. Prepare analytical findings and recommendations that help inform senior stakeholders on ways to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty. Analyze large volumes of customer data using advanced analytical techniques and tools to support decision‑making and campaign optimization. Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in customer behavior to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for business growth. Assist in developing and maintaining data management processes that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, e‑commerce, product development, IT) to translate insights into operational actions. Create clear and compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Looker to communicate insights effectively. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting key findings, trends, and performance metrics for management review. Work closely with commercial and IT teams to ensure insights are incorporated into marketing, sales, and product initiatives. About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 1-3 years of professional experience in Data analytics roles, in Retail, eCommerce or Consultancy Companies. Experience within Loyalty or Marketing is a plus. Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL (a must), Python & R (nice to have) or similar tools/languages. Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or equivalent. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business decisions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent organization and prioritization skills. Excellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skills
