Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality management
- Proficiency in CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Drive alignment between engineering and other departments
