While Rudie's Kitchen and Ace's Pantry in Doncaster remain the heart of our UK operations, we've recently taken a massive leap forward with Sam's Kitchen in Poland, going live in January this year. This expansion is a huge part of our story, allowing us to bring our gently cooked, human-quality meals to even more four-legged friends across Europe. We believe dogs deserve better, and we wouldn't serve food to them that we wouldn't be happy to eat ourselves. Butternut has come a long way since Kev & Dave (our co-founders) hand-delivered the first Butternut Box, and with our new international footprint, we are looking for brilliant people to join us for this next chapter. 🥳What's In It For You?🥳 Enjoy 257.5 hours of holiday per year (equivalent to 33 days holiday)* Plus an extra day for each year of service (up to 5 days).* 39 hours of pre-booked paws days to support good wellbeing and self-care.* (equivalent to 5 days) Enrollment into our EAP "Telus" offering free financial planning, counselling, mental health support and more Unlock a £500 annual budget for personal learning and development.
