About the role

This role will interface directly with the internal business units as well as external customers to implement successful integration.Manage external interface integration projects with the company's B2B customers from kick-off through go-live following the B2B integration life-cycle (Capture Customer requirements, define a solution, configure B2B integration environments, create development requirements, define test scenarios, test internally, test with the customer, get approval from customer and production release)Gather initial requirements and architecture information from the company's B2B customers such as document types, system software, market sites and technical details via phone conversations. Based on the information obtained from customers, determine best ways in which the company can meet customer requirements' specifications for the following business processes: PunchOut, PO, PO Conifirmation, ASN and invoice. Perform analysis of customer requirements specifications. Define the scope and timeline of the B2B integration with the company's customers based on phone conversations. Determine and document customers' go live timing expectations. Create business requirement/Mapping documents. Provide technical requirements to the company's B2B IT team for custom mapping, enhancements and/or fixes. Manage, create test cases and execute customer testing on integration, enhancements and/or fixes.Troubleshoot and resolve B2B integration related issues with customer and Third-Party Vendors. Must have working knowledge with EDI ANSI X12 as well as the cXML and xCBL Standards. 4 Years ANSI EDI X12 JIRA webMethods Trading Networks cXML xCBL AS2 FTP Analytical Skills XML Duration: 6 Months
