Responsibilities

- Completes ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Coordinates with the students and staff to develop activities, programs, and initiatives related to student life, and/or community involvement. Develops and implements straightforward programming.
- Markets student activities programming throughout the year. Develops and implements protocols for evaluating the effectiveness of programs.

Department BSD PSM - Curriculum - Evaluation and Assessment About the Department The Pritzker School of Medicine is one of few medical schools to be located physically on its University campus, offering both intellectual and social advantages to students who spend their medical school years within a vibrant, multidisciplinary intellectual community. Job Summary The Pritzker School of Medicine (PSOM) seeks a highly professional and detail-oriented administrator to join the curriculum team. This role provides professional support and solves problems for a broad range of operations and activities, and assists in the development and implementation of procedures and policies related to undergraduate medical education. In collaboration with the Director and Assistant Director, supports the daily operations, logistics, and administrative functions of the department to ensure smooth execution of medical school education and continuous quality improvement. Additionally, this position will develop positive and active working relationships with individuals across PSOM and the University of Chicago, including PSOM leadership (faculty deans and staff), faculty course directors, administrative staff, and medical students.
