Responsibilities
- Owning features across our full stack, writing clean code for both frontend and backend systems
- Working directly with commercial teams to architect and implement platform enhancements
- Using AI coding assistants and modern development tools to accelerate workflows and maintain code quality
- Building robust APIs and integrating AI models into production systems
- Designing end-to-end solutions that combine individual data flows into unified models across verticals
- Thinking of creative ideas and making bold decisions that shape our technology platform
Requirements
- Degree in CS or related field with 2+ years of full-time full-stack development experience
- Proficient in core programming languages with hands-on experience in modern web frameworks (preferably Node.js/Next.js) and databases
- Expert with AI coding tools and development agents as part of your standard workflow
- Experience building and deploying production-ready full-stack applications
- Strong collaboration skills across commercial, product, and technical teams
- Always on the forefront of adopting the latest development technologies
- You thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment

- Founder interview : 90-minute interview with our CEO - going deep on all topics
- Team interview : Individual or group interview with other team members - depending on position
- Offer, contract signing and onboarding
- Note : As we are still in stealth, you will learn more about Melotech as you progress through the stages. By the end of the Founder interview, you will have a full grasp of our business and the details of your role.
