Additional Information

Job Scope: Handling of striking off mailbox queries and CRMS queries, including queries relating to Disqualification (DQ)/appeals against the DQ and striking off/dissolution of VCC/Sub-funds. Due to the limitation of documents availability, when attending to the queries, officer needs to liaise with Accenture/TDOD colleagues for retrieving of SO related notices. Tracking of mailbox/CRMS volume and enhancement to the mailbox. This temp position will also support CFED in: a. Preparing of daily Gazette notifications, b. Performing data entry of the increasing volume of invalid address letters that resulted from Striking Off process related letters, and c. Executing administrative tasks resulting from the new automation process for initiated striking off. Handling administrative work relating to striking off process which includes: a. Preparation of background checks relating to applications for administrative restoration/application for leave, b. Mail merge of letters notifying disqualification/reply to DQ appeals, c. Preparing VCC/SF striking off letters, and d. Monitoring and keeping track of daily letter counts.
