In this role you will provide for analysis and understanding of customer end-user needs, requirements and trends for the Bosch Home Comfort North American HVAC Spare Parts market. Fully support product life cycle management and commercialization. Support processes on all products currently in the support window and future new products. Collaborate with internal and external departments both in market and at the company's sites to successfully optimize aftermarket spare parts support strategies. Supports marketing objectives, including sales volume and profit forecasts. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Analyzes North American HVAC spare parts market trends and potentials in cooperation with the different brand channels to develop aftermarket support strategy. Provides periodic analysis and understanding of customer (installers, distributors, sales reps and consumers) needs, requirements and trends for the North American markets. Provide market summaries and competitive comparisons for pricing and sourcing alternatives. Develops the product roadmap and coordinates product life cycle management for the company's portfolio of products in alignment with goals for North America Americas broader goals. Actively participates in the new product commercialization projects, including being responsible for onboarding new material and coordinating operational support requirements. Regularly coordinates and/or completes marketing analysis on competitive products to identify unique selling points, costs/pricing and technical specifications. Supports market opportunities while working with sales, marketing and other departments. Travel Expectation : Approximately 10-15% (International and Domestic) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the HVAC business 3+ years in product management or aftermarket roles.
