Business Development Executive

About the role

As a catalyst for new business, you will be responsible for hunting and developing new opportunities by leveraging your experience, expertise, and internal resources to engage prospective clients. You will act as a spokesperson for Info-Tech, confidently engaging with HR practitioners, business owners, and C-suite leaders across various industries. Your role will be instrumental in enabling local SMEs to digitalize HR functions, delivering transformational customer outcomes. Develop and manage long-term strategic relationships with prospective and existing clients Identify, manage, and close multiple opportunities and projects concurrently to drive commercial growth Work towards monthly targets aligned with team goals Provide pre-sales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction with minimal supervision Participate actively in team meetings and contribute valuable insights and ideas Maintain accurate visibility and forecasting of sales activities using CRM systems and relevant metrics Target and influence new customers to adopt the full range of Info-Tech products About You Strong work ethic - self-motivated, driven, and hungry to succeed. You thrive on learning, growth, and achievement, whether in sales, sports, or other competitive pursuits Keen interest in working within a fast-paced sales environment Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive and confident in decision-making, embracing change as an opportunity Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and maintain operational effectiveness Prior experience in accounting software sales will be a strong advantage Candidates with a finance or accounting background who are keen to transition into a business development or sales role are also encouraged to apply
