Involve in backend process improvement to achieve robust reliability performance. - Involve in backend process development activities, hardware modification, and improvement. - Undertake new process development projects for future technological requirements. - Undertake improvement projects to resolve technical challenges during new product and manufacturing stages. - Ensure smooth transfer of process settings from R&D team to manufacturing team. - Work with Reliability team for new evaluations to establish Spin Stand HDD correlation. - Perform any other duties as assigned by superior. Job Requirement Qualification - Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Science (Chemistry/Physics), or Materials Science and Engineering.
