Recruitment Consultant

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities include: Generating new business through sales, networking, marketing and business development activities Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships Managing the full 360° recruitment process from initial engagement through to placement Identifying, attracting and headhunting top talent Managing the interview process and coordinating client feedback Advising candidates on opportunities, salaries, benefits and career progression Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey Negotiating offers, rates and terms of business Attending and conducting client meetings Developing your own specialist market presence and reputation About You We are interested in speaking with individuals who are: Highly motivated, ambitious and target-driven Passionate about building a successful career in recruitment Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills Commercially aware and confident engaging with senior stakeholders Resilient, positive and proactive in their approach Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
