Front Office Clerk- Crown Towers Perth

About the role

In this front‑facing position, you'll play a key role in ensuring each guest journey is smooth, personalised, and memorable. Supported by a strong operational team, you'll gain valuable exposure within a world‑class luxury hotel environment while continuing to develop your hospitality career. We currently have part‑time opportunities available offering between 32-64 and 48-76 hours per fortnight , across a rotating roster including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional check‑in and check‑out experiences
• Assist guests with reservations, enquiries, and requests
• Process accommodation payments accurately and efficiently
• Create joyful, personalised moments through genuine guest interactions
• About you
• You'll bring a warm, professional approach and a passion for service, along with:
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, tourism, or customer‑focused environments
• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• A collaborative mindset and pride in personal presentation
• Previous experience in a front‑facing customer service role
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standard
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
