Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations including guest check-in, check-out, concierge, and reservations to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Monitor budgets, cash handling, and financial reporting for front office operations to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Assist in managing housekeeping costs including labor, supplies, and outsourcing to optimize expenses
  • Generate and analyze reports on occupancy, guest satisfaction, and housekeeping performance metrics to support operational improvements
  • Contribute to guest service initiatives, loyalty programs, and operational enhancements to drive service excellence
  • Support the General Manager in achieving service and financial goals through effective collaboration
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Sales, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar
  • Experience managing both front office and housekeeping teams is highly preferred
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction
