Your responsibility includes order intake, scoping, quoting, preparing timelines & planning resources, managing the production & delivery process on time, budget, and according to the quality KPIs pre-agreed with a client. You coordinate between project stakeholders and our internal teams to provide clients with a constant flow of high-end production work. Role & Responsibilities In this position, you preside over digital & print assets Monks produces for several brands. You will be managing multiple projects simultaneously: the in and output of our Design, Illustration and Animation Monks. You have solid scoping skills, which translate into realistic timings and resource estimates. Understand a client's needs and expectations and translate those into corresponding timelines, briefings and tracking routines. You plan, oversee and conquer, manage the input and output of a team that includes: creatives, designers, developers, and QA analysts. You make sure our productions hit excellent quality. Focus on delivery of Digital and Print assets in general. You're able to detect potential problems in projects and take action to solve them. You coordinate between project stakeholders and our internal teams to provide clients with a constant flow of high-end production work. You lead project-related meetings and prepare client meeting reports including status, next steps, deadlines and responsibilities. You have to deliver clear instructions on the deliverables and timings and you are open to suggestions from the team. Keep all project stakeholders informed and up-to-date, distribute status, information about changes, technical requirements and other project documents. Present project status information in an easy-to-use and easy-to-access format to meet the team information needs. Encourage collaboration between team members, inspire trust through honest and transparent communication and continually encourage the team to maintain its focus. You are equally good at managing relationships with clients and S4 folks while establishing trust and productive collaboration practices.
