You will: Develop long-range demand and sourcing guidance while defining commodity strategies that balance cost, availability, and risk Partner cross-functionally with Product Group, Product Operations, Procurement, and Regional Planning to align and execute planning strategies Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating complex supply-demand dynamics into clear, data-driven insights, scenarios, and recommendations Lead resolution of supply challenges and continuously analyze market trends, supplier constraints, and cost drivers to inform decisions Drive planning excellence by improving forecast accuracy, scaling processes, and adopting advanced analytics, Power BI, and AI tools to enhance visibility and performance Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, finance, or related fields Strong business and financial acumen with advanced data modeling skills (e.g., Excel, analytics tools) Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured thinking Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Desirable Requirements Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field Experience in program management and cross-functional leadership, knowledge of forecasting methodologies, predictive analytics, risk mitigation, and supply chain processes and familiarity with order management, fulfillment concepts, and end-to-end supply chain operations
