Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience working with partners who focus on SMBs market
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition and partnership growth
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of other European language is a plus)
  • Rec-Tech experience in sales and / or partnerships
  • Experience working with partner eco-systems, ATS & Programmatic Job distribution platforms
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution
  • Experience meeting or exceeding business development targets
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients
  • Expertise in the Talent Solutions market and understanding of SMB needs
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong data analysis skills, using insights to drive business decisions

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Partners Team, based in Dublin, with a focus on working closely with SMBs in the UKI region. In this role, you will collaborate with our sales teams and partner network to drive new business development and unlock white space opportunities within the small and mid-sized business segment. You will help partners tap into LinkedIn's Talent Solutions, supporting the growth of their business through innovative strategies. This position is part of the UKI Channel Partner Team, where you will work directly with partners who focus on SMBs, helping them develop and implement LinkedIn's solutions to support new business growth.
