You will gain exposure in: Student supervision and classroom management Homework coaching and learning support Positive discipline and character development Student behavior management Parent communication and progress updates Planning meaningful activities and enrichment sessions Working with a professional education team Structured training and development within Fun Learners' School For candidates who perform well, there may be opportunities to grow into roles such as: Senior Student Development Teacher Centre Supervisor Centre Management Role ✅ Key Responsibilities Supervise and care for primary school students after school Guide students in homework, spelling, revision, and daily learning tasks Support students in developing good learning habits and discipline Maintain a safe, clean, structured, and positive learning environment Plan and conduct simple activities, games, and enrichment sessions Monitor students' behavior, wellbeing, and daily routines Encourage students to be responsible, respectful, and independent Communicate with parents professionally when necessary Assist in student arrival, dismissal, and daily center operations Work closely with the team to ensure smooth center operations ✅ What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is warm, responsible, and firm enough to guide children with consistency.

Requirements

• Diploma holder, preferably in Education, Early Childhood, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields
• Experience in student care, childcare, tuition, enrichment, or working with primary school children is preferred
• Passionate about guiding and caring for children
• Patient, responsible, positive, and reliable
• Able to manage students with both warmth and firmness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to follow centre SOP and classroom routines
• Open to training, feedback, and professional growth

🌟 Join Fun Learners' School Care - Where Care, Learning & Growth Come Together! 🌟 Tutor/Teacher/Assistant Teacher Student Care & Learning Support 📍 Location: Sengkang - Rivervale Walk 💼 Full-Time Position x 2 | Part-Time Position x 1 1. Part-Time Chinese Tutor (1 position) - Support Chinese lessons for students during the dual-teacher session. - Required only on the designated Chinese lesson day each week. 2. Main/Lead Teacher (1 position) - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Preferably holds a Diploma in Education, Diploma in Teaching, Early Childhood Education, Education Studies, or a related field. - Candidates with relevant tutoring or teaching experience will have an added advantage. - Responsible for teaching quality, student outcomes, parent communication, curriculum delivery, and class growth. - Will serve as the key academic lead for the centre and ensure that students receive consistent, high-quality learning support. - Expected to support dual-teacher lessons, conduct the STARdy Buddy programme, monitor student progress, support homework completion, manage classroom routines and student discipline, provide monthly parent updates, and give feedback to enhance curriculum development. 3. Teacher Assistant (1 position) - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Candidates with relevant tutoring or teaching experience will have an added advantage.
