Responsibilities

  • Daily PO maintenance and order handling;
  • Assisting with Sales on quotation preparing and related documentation;
  • Cooperating with Global Program Coordinator and Relationship Manager to process the PO and demand communication;
  • Coordinating with Sales on after sales activities, like calibration, repairing, warranty, etc;
  • Maintaining the Key Account sourcing and purchasing contact relationship and PO following;
  • Operating the HBK system, like Exiger, SAP, Salesforce, etc;
  • Consolidating the PO and opportunities information and monthly sharing with HQ.
  • Coordinating Sales contracts for PO's with customers
  • Coordinating End user statements for PO's with customers
  • Delivering information for import handling for Key Account's CMs (and other customers) in China
  • Acquiring Proof of Delivery notices on shipments to Key Account CMs, as required.
  • Supporting request for information on logistics for Chinese HBK Audio customers

Requirements

  • Native Mandarin and fluent English both for oral and writing;
  • Strong sales and/or customer service background, more than 10 years experience;
  • Proficient in using office related software;
  • Priority with relevant industry backgrounds / high tech products

You will report to the Asia Sales Manager-HBK Audio. Work Location: Shanghai
