Responsibilities
- Daily PO maintenance and order handling;
- Assisting with Sales on quotation preparing and related documentation;
- Cooperating with Global Program Coordinator and Relationship Manager to process the PO and demand communication;
- Coordinating with Sales on after sales activities, like calibration, repairing, warranty, etc;
- Maintaining the Key Account sourcing and purchasing contact relationship and PO following;
- Operating the HBK system, like Exiger, SAP, Salesforce, etc;
- Consolidating the PO and opportunities information and monthly sharing with HQ.
- Coordinating Sales contracts for PO's with customers
- Coordinating End user statements for PO's with customers
- Delivering information for import handling for Key Account's CMs (and other customers) in China
- Acquiring Proof of Delivery notices on shipments to Key Account CMs, as required.
- Supporting request for information on logistics for Chinese HBK Audio customers
Requirements
- Native Mandarin and fluent English both for oral and writing;
- Strong sales and/or customer service background, more than 10 years experience;
- Proficient in using office related software;
- Priority with relevant industry backgrounds / high tech products
