Requirements

You will be: building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI on top of Databricks based data, designing and implementing semantic and presentation layers for analytics, translating business requirements into data models and visualizations, ensuring consistency, usability, and performance of dashboards, working closely with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and stakeholders, optimizing queries and data models for reporting performance, supporting business users in understanding and using the data. Your profile: proven experience as a BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Visualization Engineer, strong experience with Power BI, experience working with Databricks or similar data platforms, strong SQL skills, experience building end to end dashboards for business users, experience working with Azure based data environments, experience designing semantic models (for example tabular models), experience working with data from enterprise systems (for example CRM), understanding of data modelling concepts for analytics, ability to translate business requirements into dashboards and metrics, practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery. Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
