Principals are responsible for the analysis, evaluations, and execution of private equity and debt investment opportunities originated by NM Capital. You'll develop investment theses, conduct industry and business due diligence, review financial models and valuations, structure investment securities, and more. Principals are also responsible for monitoring and optimizing investments in the NM Capital portfolio and have opportunity for upward mobility. Principal Responsibilities: Analyze, evaluate, and execute private equity and private credit investments. Develop investment theses. Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling. Author investment memos and lead investment committee discussions. Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior level executives, legal counsels, investment bankers, and private equity sponsors. Actively monitor and optimize portfolio performance. Operate in a team environment and mentor junior investment professionals.
