Responsibilities

  • As the Commercial Manager for Emission Control Chemicals, you will lead the commercial pod responsible for managing the end-to-end quote-to-cash process while driving commercial performance, governance, and customer excellence.

Requirements

  • Solid commercial experience in pricing, margin management, or complex B2B environments
  • Good understanding of shipping operations and the maritime industry
  • Experience leading customer-facing, commercial, or operational teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Supply Chain teams
  • High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and motivate teams
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Knowledge / experience of maritime chemicals is advantageous
  • Mandarin / Cantonese also advantageous to liaise native speaking HK / TW / Chinese customers.
