Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Annually As a Business System Analyst , you would be responsible for: Partnering with management to understand operational needs, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend technology solutions Gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations to support business decision-making Create and maintain process flows, user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and system documentation Act as a liaison between business users, developers, vendors, and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle Support enterprise application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements Collaborate with technical teams on data integrations, system interfaces, workflow automation, and reporting solutions Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation of system changes Assist with release planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation support Analyze business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Implement and manage row-level security (RLS), object-level security (OLS), workspace roles, app audiences, and dataset/report permissions in alignment with governance standards Support data governance, data quality initiatives, and process standardization efforts Facilitate meetings, requirements workshops, and discussions to drive project outcomes. Provide end-user training, documentation, and support as needed. Monitor system performance and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and improve user experience Other tasks assigned Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Data Analysis, or a related field. Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Experience supporting enterprise business applications, reporting platforms, or data solutions. Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies. Experience working with Power BI and SQL. Experience supporting testing, UAT, and production deployments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Other Qualification: Experience supporting ERP, CRM, PLM, Supply Chain, Retail, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing systems Blue Cherry, Microsoft Dynamics SL, and QuickBooks are a Plus Experience with system integrations, APIs, ETL processes, or data migration initiatives Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices Experience within retail, apparel, consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution environments Interested Yet?
