Requirements

- 5+ years of real estate development or acquisition experience, with at least 2 years specifically closing transactions in the renewable energy industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in GIS applications, Google Earth, Google Suite, and Slack.
- Problem Solving: Ability to pivot based on scope changes, process updates, or environmental constraints.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with land/environmental policy, mineral interests, and standard land acquisition terms across multiple markets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective at influencing counter-parties to adhere to strict schedules.
- Travel- 25-50% availability for site visits and in-person stakeholder meetings.
