Shipping Coordinator - Up to $4500/mth

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate with factories for fulfilment
• Prepare and manage shipping and export documentation
• Liaise with factories, freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth deliveries
• Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Coordinate with logistics partners on transportation arrangements
• Verify freight and logistics invoices for payment processing
• Maintain logistics records and shipment databases
• Monitor production schedules and shipment timelines
• Support logistics reporting and analysis
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, export operations, or sales administration
• Experience in FMCG industry is preferred
• Prior shipping or export documentation experience is highly advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadline
