About the role

Strong front‑end construction or infrastructure familiarity, with experience advising clients across engineering or build environments and projects. Experience advising clients in the construction, infrastructure, engineering or built environment sectors will be highly regarded Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts Demonstrated ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly to non-legal stakeholders Proactive, collaborative and able to manage competing priorities effectively Sound commercial judgement and a pragmatic approach to risk Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality and professional integrity Why join Hassell?
