JOB DETAILS Monday-Thursday (Onsite) 10-hour Shifts Friday OT as needed 2nd Shift (5pm-3:30am) Base Pay $21.00/hr (+$2 Shift Differential) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Loader is responsible for taking ownership of collecting, organizing, and manually loading with the assistance of hand carts; windows from finished goods into trailers in order of stops list on shipping pack list We do not use the assistance of forklifts in our shipping department The Loader is responsible for making sure all units are secured in such a way as to prevent damage to product and promote safe unloading for outsourced carriers and customers Ability to to read production labels, production paperwork, and match batch and/or order numbers accurately Ability to work as a team/ assist as needed with working cross functionally Knowledge of basic shipping disciplines and assume safety guidelines while loading and working on the docks Previous experience/knowledge of shipping software Work in line with the mission statement of the company, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment Additional responsibilities as required by management Meet physical demands of the position.
