Foreign Military Assistance Specialist (country Program Manager)

About the role

You will serve as a Foreign Military Assistance Specialist in the Country Program Management division of NET SEC ASTFLD ACT. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining country training programs in the Defense Security Assistance Management System. 2) Developing Letter of Offer and Acceptance as the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Manager. 3) Managing daily operations of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case. 4) Coordinating and developing quantitative and qualitative foreign military education and training plans. 5) Interpreting policies and procedures for developing and managing international education and training programs (ex. IMET, RDFP, GPOI, Sec. 333, etc.).
