Must be willing to travel POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Partner II is responsible for providing best-in-class Talent Acquisition services through the consultative recruitment of diverse talent and by cultivating internal, multi-practice relationships across the organization. This role will partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand their business and talent needs to ensure the highest quality candidates are presented in the most time-effective manner. This role will also support and execute campus recruiting initiatives by building relationships with colleges and universities, participating in career fairs and networking events, developing early talent pipelines, and promoting BAYADA Home Health Care as an employer of choice for emerging professionals. This role will collaborate on diverse sourcing and recruitment strategies, including early career and campus hiring programs, build relationships to become a trusted advisor, provide a best-in-class candidate experience, leverage critical thinking and influencing skills, promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through the talent selection process, and utilize market tools and data to meet hiring needs.
