Position Summary In your role as a Industrial Electrician you'll be is responsible for leading the commissioning of new electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with NEC, SAS, and industry standards while safely performing energized electrical work and completing QA/QC checks on schedule to avoid costly re‑work; conduct preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on relay controls, panels, and motor‑control centers (24 VDC - 12.5 kVAC) to reduce MTTR and boost overall equipment effectiveness. You'll work to develop and author comprehensive policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines, coordinate installation timelines with contractors, and track progress, parts inventory, and repairs through the CMMS to keep retrofits, upgrades, and new builds on‑budget and on‑time. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Lead commissioning of new electrical equipment. Verify installations meet NEC, SAS and industry specifications. Complete all QA/QC checks on schedule to ensure safe, reliable integration and avoid costly re-Work. Perform preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on relay controls, electrical panels, and motor control centers. With equipment ranging from 24VDC to 12.5KVAC reducing MTTR and boosting overall equipment effectiveness. Create and author comprehensive policies, SOPs and operational guidelines that standardize maintenance and operational practices. Support installation schedules, coordinate with contractors and track progress via CMMS ensuring retrofits, upgrades and new builds stay on-budget and on-time. Train technicians and collaborate with engineers, management and customers on newly installed infrastructure. Use CCMS for maintenance tracking and inventory control by logging repairs, PMs. Enable data driven decision-making to support the FABs reliability targets.
