Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus. * 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a similar role. * Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and industry regulations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work independently. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
