As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. You will collaborate across functions to align engineering efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. With a strong background in software architecture, system design, and hands-on development, you are confident leading cross‑functional teams through every phase of the software development lifecycle. You understand what enterprise‑grade software requires in terms of security, performance, and compliance and you ideally have experience in supply chain or logistics domains. A solid foundation in AI‑related topics-such as machine learning-helps you guide teams building modern, intelligent solutions. Your technical toolkit spans both front-end and back-end environments: you are familiar with languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and equally comfortable with backend technologies like Java, Python, Spring Boot, Express.js and Django. Beyond your technical expertise, you bring strong communication and leadership skills, a strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach.
