Senior Project Manager, Specialty Health (PMO)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Specialty Health programs, including program launches, transitions, and organizational transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Director, PMO, you will manage multiple large-scale projects across the Biopharma & Provider Solutions business, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role operates as a key contributor in a highly complex environment with significant autonomy and influence across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects and programs, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management.
• Drive program launches and transitions for Specialty Health programs and healthcare services.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, clinical, and technology teams.
• Lead organizational transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation readiness.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective action plans where required.
• Provide clear and consistent project status reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects (e.g., enterprise programs, system implementations, or transformations).
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and managing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft 365.
• Preferred Skills / Experience:
• Experience in Specialty Health, Specialty Pharmacy, or Healthcare.
• Background in organizational transformation, process improvement, or change management.
• Experience with system implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with SaaS or SDLC environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
• Work Environment & Travel:
• Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in-office at our Mississauga (GTA Campus) location.
• Remaining days remote.
• Occasional travel may be required to support program launches, stakeholder meetings, or client engagements.
• Our Base Pay Range for this position
• $99,100 - $132,100
