Full time Barista

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Support opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and passion for coffee and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Prior barista or F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Bonus Skills (Highly Valued)
• Latte Art Experience
• Knowledge of Coffee Bean Roasting
• Specialty Coffee Knowledge
• Experience Dialing-In Espresso Recipes
